It is a very easy process: 1st: You have to choose which university you want to do like IGNOU or State Open University. 2nd: You have to upload all the valid documents online. 3rd: You must have mathematics background before, or at least some subjects like statics, and operation research. I would suggest you do your Master's degree from IGNOU because its contents really help you to build your knowledge. If you want some subtle details, you can comment here.
