The major benefit you get from these countries is tuition fee, which is comparatively lower than other countries like UK, USA, etc. But, the major constraint is the language. Germany is a much better option as you are from mechanical background.

Both, France and Germany are amongst the top 10 destinations for MBA. It is hard to pick out a better option as both countries have immense opportunities for MBA grads. Post study work permits, PR options are also available. Figure out what your specialization would be and check out market trends in these areas, you must research which country offers better opportunities in your desired field of interest. Compare the expenses, location, climate, languages spoken, languages you need to learn and add all factors to take your decision.
