You should go for a private college. From this rank you won't be able to get state college.

On basis of the latest statistics and your rank, there are very few chances for you to get admission in state government colleges. The only option you have is to go with private colleges. So, shortlist top colleges and apply for them when you apply in JoSAA counselling which will be held in the second week of June.
