Personal Suggestion: After class 10th, complete your class 12th, and then go for a Degree, because a Degree course is more flexible. Depth of knowledge imparted will be comparatively more than that in a Diploma. Pay scale at the time of employment is comparatively higher.

You can do Diploma in any branch of engineering after 10th. You can also make lateral entry into B.Tech after that which would become of 3 years in duration.

Can have a wide options open for choosing on which u want to do Diploma and then u will be eligible for 3yrs B.Tech.

If you are facing financial issues then you can pursue it. If not then please do 3-4 years graduation. In case of engineering, go with B.Tech only followed by M.Tech. By the way, I will guide you for Diploma in engineering. You can select any branch whether civil, ECE, or mechanical. Choose some good colleges and if possible then pursue B.Tech after Diploma. You must score 50-60% minimum to be deemed eligible for admission. Best of luck.
