Hr Specialisation is most sought after You can take finance if you are from commerce background Marketing if you like that sector Operations if you wish to go into logistics shipping retail warehousing and manufacturing sector If you are unsure then just join the course as the specialisation can be selected after 6 months or you can go into mba in general management
