An option is only good if that suits you and it can only suit you if you have interest in that particular domain so that you explore and understand it better. Apart from it, yes, taking finance as major in which you would pursue your career can be easily handled with HR as minor. Workload management would be best. If you ask for suggestion, I would suggest going for finance+marketing as this is the demand of future as sales is everywhere.

I think you should go for MBA HR as main and marketing as your minor so that you can explain to recruiter that marketing as minor will help you to know more about dealing with people.
