BA LLB is a good option as you would be getting a professional degree and it will help you with the preparation of IAS exam.

If you want to go for UPSC then you should go with BA with any specialisation whether Political Science, Economics or History. Whatever you will study during 3years of your BA will be beneficial to you in clearing preliminary exam and which will surely help you in selecting your core subjects for main exams. UPSC is all about theory and to understand theory better you should go for BA instead of LLB. All the best.

Go for graduation in Arts rather than LLB otherwise things will become more complicated for you. Preferably go for BA in political Sc. All the Best.

If you get a chance, go for BA LLB. Law is a professional course.

Just do graduation from any arts/humanities subject.Don't go for law as the entire process will take 5yrs and then preparing for UPSC is impossible. Political Science,History,Sociology are really good.Complete your graduation and while doing your graduation start preparing for UPSC. Personally don't go for Eco(H) if you don't want to go into that field because Eco(H) is a tough course and has a lot of math too.So if you're capable for that than yes otherwise no. You can't do BA & LL.B together with any university. LLB is regular course if you want to do BA also then go with distance education for BA.
