Honestly speaking, you will only face difficulty with your own field as companies for civil are rare. Though, you will get definitely placed if you seek IT or software jobs. It's not that there are no civil jobs, but not in plenty. Also, it is UGC approved which is equivalent to AICTE. You will soon see the AICTE tag on LPU as the process is ongoing.

No, your job doesn't depend on AICTE. The company will hire you on the basis of your talent and knowledge. If you are capable of that job no one can stop it. If you are not you have to work hard.
