NASA, world's biggest agency in aerospace and aviation research. So, you want to join NASA. You have made your first step right as doing class 12th with PCM. Now, you should do graduation in either of the two things. First, Bachelor of Science and second is Bachelor of Engineering/Technology. Pursuing either Maths, Physics, Chemistry in B.Sc or Electronics, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Geoscience etcetera engineering in B.Tech will lead you to complete your second step. Now, what would be the third step?
