A good GRE score is anything above 320, scholarship depends upon the place and the University you are applying to, also the type of Masters you are intending for - thesis or research. Scholarship entirely depends on university. You need to score exceptionally well I.e. in GRE 330 and TOEFL 110 or above so that chances of getting scholarship is high.
