It may be possible that the last date of the IPU for the application has passed, and after that you have been checking for the same.

You can register till the last date. Check the date and details of online registration of IP University. If you missed it then apply for other university or wait for next year. If there's technical issue then contact to university helpline.

Sorry but after the last date there is no such provision of filling the form offline or through any other way. So you can’t register yourself after the last date.
