Yes, you would be a double graduate after you finish BBA course. Afterwards, you can apply for any course you want. I think engineering would not be counted as wasted in the long run. especially if you are planning to study abroad. Yes, you are eligible to study abroad, but before that you have to complete your BBA degree. After completing BBA degree, you have to take some exams like IELTS, TOEFL etc.
