You need to be just 18 to start your CPL training. As per DGCA directives you can enroll for PPL just after class 10th and once you have attained 16 years of age. CPL requires you to be 18 years in age. Irrespective of the flying club you can start your training / medicals / exams once you have attained this minimum age.
