Hai Raaz, Yes, you are absolutely eligible to pursue your M.Tech in IITs, if you clear your GATE Entrance test with high percentile score. The basic qualification is B.Tech /PG for admission in to M.Tech Programs.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Tech through IITs, but you have to score in GATE exam, so that you can qualify for the admission in IITs.
