DCA will include only Diploma in Computer Application, you will get to learn about MS office package, details about computer generations and basic Internet knowledge and little more. O LEVEL: It is best I can say, 1 year course but good knowledge of overall computer concepts + Detail insight of Internet knowledge + Include WEB designing + Introduction to Programming Language. So, it is not same but have some similarities.
