Education and constant intellectual enrichment are vital these days. This is because, competition in all fields increases and we can not assess the future challenges so easily. If we keep ourselves battle-ready all the time, it will be to our advantage. There is no question of slighting Distance Education, as it will go up further in future times. It is for us to make our qualification brim with quality.

If career growth for you means increment in salary then it is not necessary to do PG to increment in your salary. But if you want knowledge you should opt for PG. Now Regular post graduations needs you to sacrifice job and join full time course. If you have work experience, in this scenario you should join distance PG or MBA so that you will get to know more about your work stream and distance MBA doesnt offer full time course hence doesnt require you to leave your job. There are many institutes or university which will help you to complete your PG or MBA in both regular and distance mode.
