Yes, IBS Gurgaon has got good faculy team for finance specialisation. I cannot ensure you if it's best or not as I am not a finance student. IBS-Gurgaon is good for all specialisations but no such specialisation is marked best or has demonstrated great placements statistics. So, you should keep your options open to all scenarios.
