Is it a good choice to pursue B.Ed after completing B.Com? What other course options do I have?

1. M.Com: This course is an extension to B.Com and helps you gain a deeper insight into general functions of working of a business. Generally, those who want to do research work, undertake this course. An obvious progression would be to do an M.Phil followed by a Ph.D depending on the level of expertise desired. The jobs available are teacher in schools and college. On corporate side, you have the opportunity in finance department to work as an analyst, research work, consulting, etc. 2. CA: A CA can be pursued along with under graduation itself and need not necessarily be done post undergrads. This course help you develop level of expertise in accounts, tax, audit and assurance and consulting. At the intermediate level, one is required to do articleship, where in one can get and insight into these departments. Thus, align your job to your desire. 3. CS: These are the people who ensure regulatory compliance of rules and regulations. Again like, CA can be pursued along with graduation and is relatively easier than CA. 4. ICWA: Cost accountants, who controls and manages cost of an organization. 5. MBA: It is a post-graduation course that helps an individual to build himself in array of things such that his overall personality is enhanced and he can better manage various functions of an organization and probably with time build an understanding to manage the entire organization. In a B-school, one get n number of opportunities to explore his talents in various field. A budding entrepreneur get people with alike minds, and thus get pursue his passion with similar people around him. 6. Law: With a little understanding of business law in B.Com and individual can get a brief exposure to the subject and probably decide, if he wants to pursue this or not.
