Yes you can does Diploma in engineering after tenth grade. But at very first prepare yourself for the entrance exam and secure good marks and good rank in it. Its also has wide network of jobs availability in future so pursue it best of luck thank you.

It's up to you, but I will suggest you to complete your senior secondary education and then do B.Tech that will also be beneficial for you in India.

Diploma in Software Engineering is not a good option because Indian IT industry prefers B.Tech CSE/ IT, BCA-MCA and B.Sc CS/IT grads for entry level jobs. You may find to get good job after Diploma in Software Engineering.
