Yes, China is good for MBBS. You should better try in India for quality education.

It is a good option but you need to learn Chinese language and be ready for extreme hard work. Medical studies in China is very good. You can also check Russia and Philippines. Do check if the university is recognized by Medical Council of India so that you can practice in India after completing the course.
