For science students who do want to take up engineering or pure science career, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is an excellent career choice because it opens new doors of opportunities for them. BBA is a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business administration. The degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of the functional aspects of a company and their interconnection, while also allowing for specialization in a particular area. BBA programmes expose students to a variety of "core subjects" and allow students to specialize in a specific academic area. The degree also develops the student's practical, managerial and communication skills, and business decision-making capability. Many programmes incorporate training and practical experience, in the form of case projects, presentations, internships, industrial visits, and interaction with experts from the industry. A BBA graduate gets entry-level positions as Supervisor, Customer Service Executive, Assistant Manager in various organizations such as: (a) Manufacturing companies. (b) Service Companies as Customer Service Representative. (c) Functional specialist based on management function expertise in Business, Government and PSU or NGO. (d) Banking Assistant/ Clerk. (e) All posts which require graduation degree in Government, Armed forces or Paramilitary forces or Banks, PSU, etc. (f) Sales and Management trainees. (g) Retail industry is the maximum employer of BBA in shop floor management. BBA graduates get backend job to provide support services to enterprise seniors. Exceptional candidates can expect to do some customer interface role in sales or marketing. BBA graduates will require MBA degree to move up in the career. BBA graduates salaries vary between Rs 2 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs per annum depending on the ranking of BBA colleges.

It depends on your graduation. After completing class 12th in MPC, maximum are about the engineering branch? But, coming out of that boring study-cycle is the first big achievement for every teenager and I did it. Even I did my class 12 in MPC and later opted BBA and right now I'm in final year with a job call letter in my hand. But, before making this decision you need to find yourself that are you good in management skills and managing things, because BBA is all about management and administration. Particularly there is nothing to study from the books of BBA graduation. But, BBA degree will teach you a lot about commercial world and how to handle it. If you opt BBA after your class 12, then you might be having a knowledge combination of science and commerce. BBA will teach you accounts, business management, globalisation, etiquette and a lot more. As of me, opting BBA after your class 12th with MPC is a wise choice and you'll have a bright future in it.
