Yes, mathematics had been made compulsory now to pursue B.Com as your graduation course.

St. Stephen does not provide commerce course. For B.Com honors you need to have mathematics. However, you can pursue B.Com without mathematics.

Yes, it is compulsory in all DU colleges if you go for B.Com honors. If you are interested in B.Com honors then you can go for any other university.
