By different do you mean difficult? It actually depends on the course that you're applying for. As far as B.tech is concerned, If you're really serious for engineering you must have prepared well for engineering entrance exams and if you done 11th and 12th properly and sincerely then the exam is not difficult. but if you have not studied at all, then of course you will face difficulty in cracking the exam. The level of the exam is somewhat similar to AIEEE though a little more difficult. With proper planning and preparation you can easily crack the exam with a good rank.
