Is it possible for me to get admission in SRCC for B.Com with 94.5%? Will I be in the best four? I have maths in 12th.

Basically it's the aggregate average of the best four of your subjects, and not a list you're ranked in. So you're best of four is 95.25 (Accountancy, Econ, BSt, Eng). You have to take English because best of four requires at least one language subject. Now, about your percentage. SRCC's cut off barely goes below 97.8%-97.5%.
