No, Minimum qualification for appearing in NDA written exam is to pass class 12th with 60%. Do not try for graduate entries.

I think, you are eligible for NDA through Diploma as it is asked at the time of filling the form that you have passed/appearing/appeared for 10+2 or any equivalent course. So, you can join NDA through Diploma of Polytechnic.

You are not eligible for NDA if you have done Diploma because minimum criteria for NDA is 10+2, but if you want to join Indian Armed Forces, then you can do B.Tech and go for CDS.

You are not eligible to appear for NDA based on Diploma from a Polytechnic. The minimum eligibility criteria for appearing in NDA exam is 10+2 from a recognised board of education.
