Ranking and placement packages are dependent upon the market situations and other economic factors. My recommendation is to join the college for the reputation it has in training and preparing the students. Several well-accomplished alumni have stated that the college curriculum is sufficient to help work your way through. Therefore, the call is yours ultimately, but in my opinion, the college is doing a good job, irrespective of the ranking it gets per year.
