Pursuing MBA would be a good option as you have good work experience. It depends on your score. A score more than 85 percentile will open chances for you in some good B Schools. Around this score, you can apply in IFMR, TAPMI, Welingkar, Great Lakes and Loyola which are better ranked than IBS. Also, before taking any decision check for the placement scenario, alumni base and faculty to student ratio.
