Bachelor’s degree of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) is a 4-year integrated professional program of elementary education. This a full time graduation course in the field of education designed for training teachers for appointment of primary/ secondary teachers in Government and Private primary schools to teach students up to class 10th. It also help in working with NGO in the field of education joining higher education programme (e.g) - MA in Education, M.Ed, M.El.Ed, B.El.Ed is a professional job oriented degree. In order to have better learning and increase employ-ability. It is better to do regular B.El.Ed. It provide opportunities to better learning, because of facility to interact with trained & professional faculty. Market acceptance of regular degree courses are better than distance learning program. However, in case due to any personal conditions or constraints, you cannot do regular B.El.Ed, then B.El.Ed through distance learning can be good alternate option.
