You can do MBA through CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, etc. You need to score as much as possible. You will easily get decent b-school, if you score well in any of the above mentioned entrance exam.

Part time MBA adds a section in your CV that you have done an MBA and it may help in rare cases where you may want a switch to managerial roles in your current job, but having said that it doesn't mean that you can move to a managerial role only if you have MBA. While on job, your experience and proven abilities will contribute more, rather than your MBA degree. A full-time MBA that offers campus placement is any day better than pursuing part-time MBA. For the second part of your question, MBA and M.Com both can be considered. MBA being a professional degree has better job prospects.
