Is LPU a good college for MBA in terms of placement?

Bhuwan, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world-class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IIMs, IBSs, etc. The B-School of the university has ACBSP accreditation. The university is having tie-ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic session 2016-2017 for campus placements like Hindustan Unilever, Arabol Lubricants Manufacturing LLC, Global Consumer Products Limited, Berger Paints, Vodafone (Punjab), etc. LPU students have also availed opportunities of Placements in government services like Indian Army, Indian Navy, Transport Corporation of India, etc., through on-campus/off-campus placement drives and SSB interviews. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. MBA placements of the university are very good.

LPU is a private college, although it is fairly good. But, I would suggest you do the MBA from a more recognised college whose ranking is among the TOP colleges - then the chances of getting a good job is more high. Your career profile will get enhanced. Rest is your choice.
