No MAT scores are not considered in each and every management college. Colleges like Iims, Iits, FMS, consider CAT score. There are few colleges which consider only XAT or AT score. Some management colleges consider scores of CAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT or XAT. Most of the AICTE institutes considers scores of CMAT. So it depends on institute to institute. Before filling the forms check the admission criteria and admission brochure.
