The growth rate of NIT, Hamirpur is more than of Patna. Although placements are nearly same but campus life and the overall ranking of Hamirpur is better. So, I will prefer you to join Hamirpur.

NIT, Hamirpur is better than NIT, Patna in terms of infrastructure and studies in general, as the MHRD rank of NIT-H is better than that of NIT-P.
