Is personality development very important in MBA?

I and most of those who have read this question are of the view that the question is self-explanatory. Why will someone ask this question? It is because there has been a need for this thing called Communication Skills and Personality Development. No company or employer gives a job just on the basis of your degree. It is the appearance, skills, behaviour, mindset, interests and education that matters. So, without even a single onus of doubt, personality development is of utmost importance.
