The MMS(Master of Management Studies) program is as good as MBA program offered by other institutions which in turn is as good as PGDM(Post Graduate Diploma in Management) offered by IIMs. The important thing is that, a person's education is recognized by his alma mater and not by the specific degree which that institution has awarded him. Technically, MMS is the master's degree which can be awarded only by a university and PGDM is a diploma which can be given by any college. Hope this helps.
