BMAT is a merit based exam. The pattern for entrance exam is- written test comprises of 200 marks. There will be 200 multiple choice questions of one mark each with four alternatives, with single correct or most probable answer. There is no negative marking. The break-up of marks will be as follows: A) Written Test Questions Marks i) Current Affairs - 20 ii) Mathematics at level - 30 iii) Logical and Abstract Reasoning - 50 Iv) Computer Awareness - 20 V) Verbal Ability and Reading comprehension - 40 Vi) Quantitative Aptitude 20 20 vii) Management Skill 20 20 Total 200 Group Discussion and Interview Test I) Performance in Group Discussion 30 ii) Performance at Interview 20 Total 50. Coming to the difficulty level you can appear for BMAT with ease if you have prepared for CAT and other MBA entrance exams thoroughly.
