No, I am also an arts student. I also completed my BCA without any difficulties. Maths in BCA is not so hard all you need is to study well. All the best your future.

Mandatory Maths subjects are not tough in BCA. Any non Maths student can clear with extra effort or additional external support.

Not so difficult. You'll suffer a little bit due to lack of some basics which are taught in 12th. But, if you concentrate well on the subject, that gap will be fulfilled and maths will become a part.

You may study Math beforehand. You can arrange for it. Math becomes vital in several examinations, in future. It makes an Aptitude Test easy for you.

Well, it actually depends if you had maths is your +2 or not. Because the maths you will study in BCA will be the advanced version of what you studied in your +2. It becomes comparatively difficult to clear maths exam for non-maths students. It is designed and developed for BCA students. Mathematics taught in BCA is purely based on mathematics taught in class 11th and 12th. One needs to have a good grip on the basics of topics covered in class 11th and 12th. Otherwise, it becomes really quite difficult for a non-maths student to clear the exam. I don't want to demotivate you but most of the non-mathematics students end up getting backs in their maths university exam. So, the choice is yours.
