B.Sc has great value in its field. You can do Masters and doctorate in it or you can do PG diploma in food and nutrition technology in abroad. PG diploma is of 2 years and after this course you will get 10000 $ to 30000$ per month. You can apply for Botanical Survey of India (BSI), National Institute of Oceanography (NIO), Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) etc. as Project Assistant, Technical Assistant, Field Assistant or Scientific Assistant.
