Yes, hotel jobs also involve an interview round for selecting an individual. Hotel industry jobs are more of customer-oriented, so the interview is the best way to judge a person whether qualified the given position or not. Apart from just a question-answer round, people may be asked to perform some tasks as part of the assessment. Tasks like asking customer's requirement, serving customer's, greeting the clients etc. Also, the interview can be more of scenario-based questions where the interviewer will be eager to know the presence of mind/ street smartness of the interviewee. So, if an individual is preparing for Hotel related jobs than he should keep his mind free and clear thinking. An approach with a free mind and proper approach will surely help one to crack the interview and get the job with fewer attempts.
