Yes seat booking is there. If you don't get merit seat then you can join in management quota. For that you need to book seat by paying ?150000 or ?160000. If you write pessat exam join the college and write pgcet if your ranking is good and get a chance in PES selecte the seat join by pgcet and cancell the management seat your fee will be refunded by deducting some charges. Do remembere the fee structures are different for both and risk involved .
