You have to score minimum 50% in your graduation and then appeared for CAT XAT MAT CMAT etc exam, then You will have to choose your desire college. If you get the call from your college then the final selection round will be there i.e. GD and PI round. If you are eligible for that college then you will take admission. And fees depends college to college. But average fees most of the colleges 5 to 7 lacs.
