It truly depends on one's aspirations. What one expect from his or her life and what one's goals are. Basically, nowadays, a new startup requires a lot of strategy buildup, sacrifice and sometimes a large sponsorship and fundings and most importantly a great idea to be implemented. After going through all the above-mentioned criteria one has to open a startup which in all never guarantees you with a definite income as well as growth. Though, on the other side, it is a chance of limitless possibilities, income, and growth. When talking about a multinational corporation provides with much facilities, high scale salary, and privileges though it is very tough to get into it but is a one-time hard work. Also, it will guarantee you with a definite salary at the end of the month, in reward for your work. Though, in multinational companies, one has to follow companies rules where one is not a boss. So, both the streams are good for starting your professional career but according to me, a job is more secure because after job and gaining experience, one can start its setup but in the beginning, if the startup fails then you can not return to the job or it will be very hard this time. Thank you. Hope it helped.
