MS in Mechanical Engineering would be a good choice as it will be related to your present field of education and also will help you in getting a good career option in your field. It depends on your interest area also. If you want to pursue career in Engineering then go for MS and if you choose for management career then go for MBA. Today MBA is very common so I would suggest for MS in Mechanical engineering. Also career options are more in MS as compared to MBA.

Dearvishal joshi. B.Tech with MBA always demanding. doing MS you will be working in production and other related areas. where as b.tech mba would fetch you to get into managerial functions. including marketing. hence, check out your personality. do you want to stick in your own area or would like to enter in managerial functions. check out accordingly take decision. MS is not wrong option. MBA also is not wrong option. it depends upon your style of functioning that you are interested. i prefer do mba from good universities. that will help you in securing great positions. all the best.
