50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the semesters/years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-May 2018 are also eligible to apply. Minimum score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE / ATMA is only eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.

No, your marks are not much for entering in those colleges. Sorry, but you can go to good private colleges.

Minimum 50% marks are required in order to get admissions in good colleges. And the list of college you had mentioned are some of these prestigious colleges. So, you may not able to take admissions there. According to my aspect, you should repeat your 12th as if by chance you'll get admission in the college, it's okay, but you can't able to lend a good job. So, it is better to repeat 12th class.
