You can apply with TANCET registration number in SSN application form. You can update the application with any number of test scores till you get a call for GD/PI.

No it won't affect your admission in colleges provided you have the eligibility cut-off. As you have registered with TANCET try to find the previous year's eligibility cutoff to predict this year's cutoff. As TANCET MBA 2018 was conducted in a paper-pencil based mode on May 19, 2018, between 2:30 PM-4:30 PM by Anna University. The officials have released the TANCET MBA 2018 application form on April 2, 2018, and the aspiring test takers can fill in the application form of TANCET MBA 2018 which is available online only. The last date for registration of TANCET MBA 2018 is April 23, 2018. This all comes under TANCET quota of 60 seats of MBA in TSM. Total seats in TSM is 240-120 for PGDM and 120 for MBA. For TSM quota of remaining (180) seats PGDM in TSM, you will have to fill an application form and have other exams eligibility score from CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/NMAT.
