No. To get into Welingkar PGDM or MMS, one has to take either of CAT, CMAT or CET.

She would have to appear some entrance examination be it CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT or CET on the basis of which your niece would be given admission. Without any entrance exam, she won't get an admission. So, based on the percentile and the academic record, she would be given admission for pursuing MBA.
