My NMAT scaled score is 144, which good college can I apply?

And the ones you might get won't simply be worth enough to pursue MBA, turning out to be a total waste of both your precious time I.e. 2 years as well as money (in Lacs). I suggest you to either reappear for NMAT (or other exams as per your wish) next year or focus on the other upcoming exams like MBA CET and MAT.
