First of all congratulations for the result. Your rank is quite good you can get CSE in any other NIT but your chances in Warangal is less. Don't worry try another NIT's. Good luck.

Every year, the cut-off criteria changes but from previous year's cutoff we can assume that this year also it will be near to it.

You can get Warangal ECE but you can't get CSE with this rank. ECE also provides good opportunities and placements here in NITW.
