You may get admissions in colleges where percentage criteria is 45% marks and the entrance test takes place for LLM or LLB, as combined weightage is given. As CLAT prescribes 45% marks as an eligibility, so you may get through for an LLM based on your CLAT scores, and thus you need not to worry. Also, you may get admission in 3rd year LLB at many traditional universities with 45 % marks. For CLAT (LLM), you have an MCQ based paper and is a 150 marks paper. 50 marks for constitutional law, 50 marks for jurisprudence and 50 for laws that include contracts, criminal, international law etc. Go for any good constitutional book such as JN Pandey for jurisprudence and other laws .Read the bare acts well as most of section based questions are asked. This is how you may get admission for LLM. For LLB after graduation, I would advise not to go for CLAT, as you may waste years. So, chose any traditional university for LLB and you can get it easily even with 45% marks.
