If you are not good in Mathematics, and if your physics is good, I would refer you to take up ECE. CSE has both Computer science and Mathematics as their main subjects. And physics is included in ECE with very less involvement of mathematics.

I'll prefer you to opt for the EC branch as there you will find more interesting things than the CS branch, as the scope of EC is growing rapidly and you after the completion of your graduation you can easily find a decent job in this field.

Go with ECE branch and then go for embedded system or robotics, it will explore your knowledge and career.
