You might have a slight chance of converting with the Percentile that you scored. Regarding Infrastructure and curriculum, Thakur is much better than Lala Lajpatrai. The portion for MS is standard throughout all the institutes, so it is going to be the same. However, in terms of placement, Thakur has better Placement opportunities than Lala's and also the cut off of Thakur is high as compared to Lala's. So, make a wise decision and proceed. Thank you.
